Groups, Events & Incoming Booking Agent – Friuli Venezia Giulia
Travel One Tour Operator, a leading company in the tourism sector of Friuli Venezia Giulia, is looking for a Booking Agent to expand its team dedicated to the Groups and Incoming department.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with experience in the sector and an in-depth knowledge of the local area, to help create and manage tourist packages, experiences and events for school groups, adults and companies.
Main duties
- Designing, managing and selling tourist packages, excursions, experiences and tailor-made services for groups (students, adults, events) and individual travellers
- Contracting and coordination with local suppliers and partners
- Operational coordination and escorting during tours and excursions, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles in the regional tourism sector
- Excellent knowledge of English and German
- A tour leader licence, certified hiking guide (GAE) and/or licensed tourist guide qualification is preferred
- Own car
- Willing to travel within the region for trade fairs, workshops, site inspections and group escorting
- Immediate availability

- Lignano Sabbiadoro (agency headquarters)
- Sappada (seasonal winter activities)
- Gemona del Friuli (opening soon)
